SEED TOSYSTEM
The six-week one-person business lab
Turn one useful idea into a clear offer, a working sales engine, and real customer conversations in six weeks. No team, technical background, or giant audience required.
Not another content library
The business leaves the notes app.
You do not need more ideas. You need one honest offer, one working path to a buyer, and enough courage to let the market answer.
Your existing experience is the seed. We choose the right problem, package the result, make the smallest honest proof, wire the path to purchase, and put it in front of real people.
One finish line
A launchable offer and business engine, not a pile of unfinished modules.
AI in its proper place
The machine carries the repeatable middle. Your judgment, taste, and relationships stay human.
The market is in the room
Every week includes real conversations, demonstrations, invitations, or offers.
Seven rooms. Six core missions.
From useful idea to open doors.
Plant the flag
Choose the one idea and the life it is allowed to build.
Set the constraints first: who you want to serve, what you will not sacrifice, and the one measurable outcome this business must create.
Find the expensive problem
A specific buyer, urgent problem, and proof that people care.
Use the Idea to Spec method and a focused interview sprint to replace guesses with language, evidence, and a problem worth solving.
Build the offer
A named outcome, scope, price, guarantee, and reason to act.
Package the transformation so a buyer can understand it in one breath. Price the result, define the finish line, and remove the avoidable risk.
Make the proof
A real demonstration, founding version, or paid pilot.
Build the smallest honest version that can create evidence. Show the work, invite ten right-fit people, and listen before adding more.
Wire the engine
A page, payment path, follow-up, and simple delivery system.
Turn the offer into a working business path. One page, one next step, one follow-up sequence, and AI handling the repeatable middle.
Borrow the room
A partner list and first 100 customer conversations.
Stop waiting for an audience. Build a partner workshop, a useful outreach asset, and a direct path into rooms where the right people already gather.
Open the doors
A live launch, clean numbers, and the next iteration.
Run the class, make the offer, follow up like a human, and read the signal. Keep what worked. Fix what did not. Ship the next version.
The programs become tools
Everything included points at the same finish line.
No filler bonuses. These are the Modern Mustard Seed programs and working assets used at the moment they shorten the path.
Six live build rooms with Sarah
A working session each week. Short teaching, live decisions, then building.
Idea to Spec
The full $497 program and Spec Studio, used in weeks one and two.
Mustard Launch Kit
The $197 launch package for positioning, pricing, copy, and the 30/60/90 plan.
Mustard Mode Player
The $197 coach-led build system for the technical and creative reps.
The Foundations Bundle
The $97 AI-ready, AI-native, and sales playbooks that support the core missions.
The Brand Studio Playbook
The $67 voice, visual system, and content-production playbook.
Two personal engine reviews
Sarah reviews the offer before you pitch it and the full engine before launch.
The Borrowed Room partner kit
Host pitch, partner brief, referral terms, swipe copy, and a 100-conversation tracker.
The included digital programs currently sell for $1,055 before live coaching and reviews.

Built from receipts
Sarah teaches what she ships.
Modern Mustard Seed has built stores, AI products, voice agents, command centers, lead engines, and client systems across dozens of industries. Cross + Covenant went from a sketch to a live storefront with a tiny human team.
This is not a theory about what one person might build. It is the operating method behind what Sarah already has.
Founding cohort
$997
or 3 payments of $367
The public price becomes $1,997 after the founding room. Founders receive the lower price because their work and feedback help sharpen the final lab.
Build It Or Keep Building
Do the six core missions and submit the work. If your engine is not ready to meet the market by the end, join the next cohort free. We keep building until it is.
Take a founding seat
Build the business while the room is small.
Secure pay-in-full enrollment through Stripe. Sarah will follow with the intake, live calendar, and first mission.

Straight answers
Before you take a seat.
Is this only for Christians?
No. The work is practical and the room is open to anyone. Sarah teaches from a Christian posture: stewardship over striving, people over vanity metrics, and work that should serve more than your ego.
Do I need a business idea already?
Bring one idea, five ideas, or simply useful experience. Week zero and week one are designed to choose the right seed before you spend time building it.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You need a computer and the willingness to learn a few new motions. The system uses AI to do much of the technical work, and Sarah teaches the rest in order.
Will I make money in six weeks?
You will build toward real offers and customer conversations, not simulated homework. Nobody honest can guarantee that another person will buy. We can guarantee a clear offer, a working path to purchase, direct market signal, and hands-on help if you complete the work.
How much time should I plan for?
Plan on one 90-minute live room and three focused hours of implementation each week. The point is a small number of high-leverage moves, not another full-time job.
Why a cohort instead of another self-paced course?
Information is not the scarce part. Decisions, deadlines, feedback, and contact with the market are. The live room exists to get the business out of your notes app and into the world.
What happens if I fall behind?
Recordings and mission briefs are available after every room. Complete the six core missions and submit the work. If the engine is not market-ready, the next cohort is included.
